DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, popularly known as DMLT is a Diploma Program specifically designed for the students to provide them with the required knowledge and skills in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology.

The course can be pursued by any student who has passed his Higher secondary Education or 12th from any stream. This program is a 12 months course wherein the students are trained and equipped with the desired knowledge and skills to perform routine medical tests and various other special clinical tests on patients. The program will enable the students to obtain and develop specialized skills that would help them in their medical field. It focuses in building expertise among students to perform a range of medical tests conducted within the medical laboratory. The students are provided with theoretical as well as technological knowledge so that they would be capable to perform their responsibility as medical lab technicians.

The program helps in enhancing and developing professional awareness, interpersonal skills and technical skills among students so that they can get their desired profession as lab technicians in various medical and pathological labs.
