DIPLOMA IN OPERATION THEATRE TECHNOLOGY (DOTT)

Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology, popularly known as DOTT is a Diploma Program specifically designed for the students to provide them with the required knowledge and skills in the field of Operation Theatre Technology.

The course can be pursued by any student who has passed his Higher secondary Education or 12th from any stream. This program is a 12 months course wherein the students are trained and equipped with the desired knowledge and skills to work alongside expert doctors and surgeons in the operation theatres. The program will enable the students to obtain and develop specialized skills that would help them to become a operation theatre assistant in prestigious hospitals. It focuses in building skills among students to prepare operating rooms with skilled surgeon team and assist them with helping patients and monitoring vital signs during surgery. The students are provided with theoretical as well as ground level knowledge, so that they would be able to perform their responsibility as Operation Theatre Assistants.

The program helps in enhancing and developing professional awareness and technical skills among students so that they can play a significant role in operation theatres and surgical procedures.
