Bachelor of Vocation in Patient Care Management, popularly known as B Voc PCM is an Under Graduate Program specifically designed for the students to provide them with the required knowledge and skills so that they can work as medical laboratory technicians.

The course can be pursued by any student who has passed his Higher secondary Education or 12th from any stream. This program is a 3 year program wherein the students are trained and equipped with the desired knowledge and skills to understand the psychological and mental condition of patients. The program will enable the students to obtain and develop specialized knowledge and skills that would help them to understand their patient’s state-of-mind and handle their resulting behaviour in the hospital. It focuses in building expertise among students to provide care and help to patients and thus, creating the atmosphere of patient-centred care within the medical premises. The students are provided with theoretical as well as technological knowledge so that they would be capable to perform their responsibility as patient care manager.

The program helps in enhancing and developing professional skills among students to provide frontline healthcare patient and support services at various service touch points in the healthcare industry.
