Diploma in Patient Care Management, popularly known as DPCM is a Diploma Program specifically designed for the students to provide them with the required knowledge and skills in the field of Patient Care Management.

The course can be pursued by any student who has passed his Higher secondary Education or 12th from any stream. This program is a 12 months course, wherein the students are trained with the desired knowledge and skills to understand the psychological and mental condition of patients. The program will enable the students to obtain and develop knowledge and skills that would help them to understand their patient’s state-of-mind, and handle their resulting behaviour in the healthcare industry. It focuses in building compassion and affection among students to provide care and help to patients and thus, creating the atmosphere of patient-centred care within the medical premises. The students are provided with such skills that they would be able to perform their responsibility as Patient Care Assistants.

The program helps in enhancing and developing professional skills among students to provide frontline healthcare patient and support services at various service touch points in the healthcare industry.
